Your Dashboard
Your dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in. This page covers what's on it, how to update your own profile and photo, how to change the interface language, and what you see if your center's subscription has run out.
Placeholder. A tour of the dashboard shortcuts, your profile page, and the language setting.
What's on the dashboard
The dashboard is a jumping-off point, not a report. It's a welcome banner plus a grid of shortcut cards.
At the top you're greeted by your first name alongside your center's name, and a small label showing whether you're a Super Admin or an Admin.
Below that, shortcuts are grouped into sections:
| Section | Shortcuts |
|---|---|
| Management | Students, Teachers, Classes, Admins, Roles |
| Schedule | Calendar, Today's Schedule |
| Meetings | Meetings |
| Courses | Courses |
| Finance | Student Payments, Teacher Salaries, Admin Salaries, Expenses |
| General | Notifications, My Center, Settings |
| Coming soon | AI Assistant, WhatsApp, Mobile App, Support Automation, Landing Page, Exams, Grades, Attendance, Report Cards, Library |
Click any card to go straight there. Cards in Coming soon are greyed out and can't be clicked — they're a preview of what's on the way.
It's listed under Coming soon on the dashboard, but the AI Assistant is live today. Look for the floating chat button in the corner of any page. See Using the AI Assistant.
You'll only see shortcuts for the areas you have permission to use. If a colleague's dashboard looks different from yours, that's why — see Roles & Permissions.
Editing your profile and photo
- In the left sidebar, click Profile.
- Stay on the Info tab.
- To change your photo, click the picture at the top of the form and choose a new image.
- Update whatever else you need:
| Field | What to enter | Required? |
|---|---|---|
| Profile photo | A photo of you. Appears next to your name in the sidebar. | No |
| First name | Your first name. | Yes |
| Last name | Your last name. | Yes |
| Phone | Your contact number. | No |
| Location | Your city or town. | No |
| Date of birth | Must be a date in the past. | No |
| Gender | Man or woman. | No |
| Shown but not editable here. | — | |
| New password | At least 8 characters. Leave blank to keep your current one. | No |
- Click Save.
Your name and photo in the sidebar update straight away.
Your email address, role, salary, account status, and which center you belong to aren't editable from your own profile. Another admin has to change those from Admins — see Managing Admins.
Changing your interface language
- Go to Profile → Preferences.
- Pick English, French, or Arabic from the Language dropdown.
- Click Save language.
Choosing from the dropdown alone doesn't change anything — you have to click Save language. Once you do, the whole panel switches immediately.
Your choice is saved to your account, not to your browser. Sign in on a different computer or phone and you'll get the same language automatically.
This setting only affects what you see. The language used for your center's notifications and for people who haven't picked their own is set separately — see Center Settings.
Light or dark mode
Also on the Preferences tab, switch Theme between Light and Dark. It applies instantly and is remembered in the browser you're using.
Your notifications
The Notifications tab on your profile lets you choose how you want to be contacted — for example on the web or by email. See Notification Settings.
If your center's subscription has lapsed
Your center needs an active subscription for the panel to work normally. If it has expired, been cancelled, or never started:
- You can still sign in, including as a super admin, but you're limited to one page: My Center.
- Try to visit any other page and you're sent back to My Center.
- Instead of the usual My Center content, you'll see a notice explaining that the subscription has ended, with a Shop Plans button.
- The floating AI Assistant button is hidden.
- Your teachers and students see a "Subscription blocked" screen instead of their portals.
Nothing is deleted. Renew and everyone gets straight back in. Full instructions are in Paying for Your Subscription.
Check My Center → Subscription for the current status and dates. If a payment is still waiting for approval, it'll say so there. Otherwise contact your account manager.
Common questions
Why doesn't the dashboard show student numbers or revenue charts? It isn't a reporting screen — it's a set of shortcuts. Numbers live in each section, such as Finance → Student Payments.
A shortcut I need isn't on my dashboard. You probably don't have permission for that area. Ask your center's main admin — see Roles & Permissions.
I changed my language but emails still arrive in the old one. Notification language follows your center's default language for some messages. See Center Settings.
Can I change my email address? Not from your own profile. Another admin has to do it from Managing Admins.
